📅 Appointment Booking
- All appointments must be booked in advance through calling direct to Studio Taylor front desk @ (216)397-9643 for direct confirmation.
- A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.
- Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
⏰ Arrival Time
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and complete any required intake forms.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next client’s appointment and will be charged at the full service price.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
🔁 Rescheduling
- One complimentary reschedule is permitted with 24+ hours’ notice.
- Repeated last-minute changes may require prepayment for future bookings.
💳 No-Show Policy
- Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service fee.
- After two no-shows, future appointments may require full prepayment.

- Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and home care.
- Lovely Vibes LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if contraindications, health concerns, or inappropriate behavior are present.

- Please disclose all medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications, and recent treatments prior to your service.
- Clients with contagious conditions or open skin lesions may be asked to reschedule for safety reasons.
💜 Gratuity & Payments
- Gratuity is appreciated but never required.
- All services must be paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
